Due to sanitary purposes WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any Cosmetics or Accessories unless damage or defected. We do not accept cancellations once the order is placed.

Hope you love your purchase, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note to validated your claim, We will only consider replacing, providing a refund or store credit if we are contacted within the same day you receive your package and item is unused and still in its original brand new packaging.
If your claim is approved will gladly replace the defected/damage item(s) at no charge, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and fees that may apply.
Shipping rates will vary depending on the total weight of the package the select shipping method and destination.
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason.
🌸Exceptions:
Unfortunately don't replace for the following reasons:
- Color isn't the same as shown on the website. Note: The contrast on every devices may vary
- Change your mind
- Damage from the production Note: We do not ship out anything that is not in conditions to be used.
- Product packaging is damage due to transit but not the product itself.
🌸Refund:
In an event defected/damaged item is out of stock.
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. We will process your refund and it'll automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In the event you no longer have access to the form of payment. Contact us immediately and will issue the product amount as Store Credit to Shop MJ Bella Original fees/shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund please contact us at shopmjbella@gmail.com
