🌸Processing time:

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Excluding major USA holidays

*Please Note: Selecting a faster shipping method will not decrease processing time, it only speeds in transit time. Shipping time is dependent of the carrier once package leaves the warehouse.  

 

🌸How to track your order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation to the email provided at checkout. The email will contain shipment details along with your tracking number.

Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder 

 

🌸Return Packages:

If a package is returned to Shop MJ Bella due to wrong address, non-deliverable, or refused package customer is responsible for shipping to resend the package.
Order has shipped but need to make changes or change your address? 
We are not responsible for wrong entered address please make sure you enter it correctly before checking out once submitted, We are unable to make any modifications or cancellations once the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse. We can only update addresses if the order is returned to our warehouse. We recommend contacting USPS with your tracking number to request address change.
 
 

🌸Stolen/Lost Packages:

Shop MJ Bella SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any lost, stolen, custom fees, custom duties countries may apply, damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Shop MJ Bella is responsible for your order until they leave our warehouse. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

To file a claim for lost/missing package Click Here or you can contact USPS Postal Service customer service at 1 (800) 275-8777 or 1 (800) 222-1811 or contact your local Postal Service consumer.

USPS provides a Customer Service hotline that you can contact in an event of a lost/missing package at 1 (800) 275-8777 Monday - Friday 8 am - 8:30 pm & on Saturday 8 am - 6 pm EST  

**Please note that we are not responsible for any additional custom duty taxes your home country charges. If you refuse to pay custom fee & custom duties. Your package will be sent back. Please know that when ordering from Shop MJ Bella the receiver is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
